I went into dealer #1 in early March who quoted me MSRP only for a Black on Black with GPS. One week later I went to dealer #2 who was interested in working off MSRP but we did not talk specifics. I went back to dealer #1 and told him that dealer #2 would take off $1200 off MSRP. He was stunned and surprised but assured me that they would do the same to keep my business. On March 31rst, the last day of the month, the last day of a poor selling quarter for car dealers I went to dealer #3. They had the car I wanted with wheel locks and mud guards.

Got the car that day for $32,200, about $1900 off MSRP!

Needless to say, the car is STUNNING!
Seriously considering an OEM only spoiler!

 

Not a bad deal!! CarsDirect has the car for $33,350 so looks like you made out pretty well. I'm still going to wait to buy mine since invoice is $30,430. If I wait until summer, I should get it for a couple of hundred over invoice....

The $32,200 was without liscense, taxes and registration. I also refused to pay for VIN etching protection, Simoniz paint protection or any repair insurance.

That's funny because when I was buying mine they gave me a good deal ($31,820 w/ Navi) and asked me if we could close the deal by end of March which was only couple days from it.
