Could someone tell me if the 02 TL-S has the Black Chrome Emblems available.

Im going to the dealer this afternoon. My Aegean blue/ebony is late and he has a black on black available that he offered me. I am interested in the black chrome emblems if I get that one. I'll let you know what I find out.

well i found a site through the MDX.org forum, and they seem to have the "black chrome" emblems there. here's the link: www.hondacuraworld.com

No black emblems from Acura for the Type S yet. However, there is a source that will do it through my dealer at about 45 bucks per emblem. Dont know how that might work with the Type S emblem since it has red in it.

 

It would not look good anyway with the black emblems. Sometimes you have to take another color choice on the car.
The Black/Ebony is a good choice I know first hand. I had ordered a 2000 Firepepper Red/Ebony/Navi back in 99.The car was on order for 3months. I could not get this color combo & Nav it was hard to get then.They said they had the Red/Parchment/Navi.I did not want parchment so I saw the Black/Ebony/Navi & it took me 20min to change my mine. The Black/EbonyNavi came in 3 weeks later & I have loved it over a year now.

Thats what I inked for today....Aegean blue still not in so I took the black/ebony w/navi off the lot. They will be adding the underbody kit, spoiler, gauge wood and vent wood. Should get it a week from this Wednesday. Im thinking seriously about having the emblems black chromed. They look great on a black car! Especially when I have the windows tinted.

 

I agree with you 100% Indyjenks, those are my thoughts exactly. Post some pics when you get the ride.
