Electrical Help please...

I have a 2003 TL Type S. I purchased some LED light strips that I want to use as DRLs. I want them to come on when the engine is running, or key ON. I don't want to hook them up to the parking lights, etc. Is there a fuse location in the underhood fuse box that shuts off when the key is off? Or are the fuses just hot all the time, engine on or off? I really didn't want to have to run a wire through the firewall to the underdash fuse box. Hoping to be able to do this under the hood. I appreciate anyone's help !!! Thank you!!

Not sure about this one yet. In the cabin fuse compartment, yes. Underhood? I don't know. Some members have hooked up fogs to use as DRL's and even one had his high beams hooked up to a switch. I'm just not into the LED look on our cars. Best suited for Audis IMO. Search for the service manual on here. Good place for your info.
