So when I'm driving orr even standing when I put my windows down orr up...it feels as if the car is drawing power from the floor....and also I have seen my d5 light get brighter when I press on the gas and get dimmer when I slow down......and it feels like the cars drawing power from the floor again when I come to a stopp.....any help???thanks

 

Check how tight the belt is that spins the alternator, if its too loose it could cause this issue.

Just fixed the same issue on my mom's car that way.

sounds like possible battery,,
and definetly new negative ground straps and main batt neg cable
probably due for a pos. batt cable too,,our cars are getting old and wires gain resistance

one ziner reported broken ground strap from frame to engine!
acura sells a ground wire kit for 20 bucks or make your own small strap pieces
