I wanted to get your input on what you guys/gals would recommend. How low is the drop on the GC? ride quality of the two springs?

Ground Controls use Eibach Springs with their coilovers...I would say Ground Control if you had the choice between the two...maybe because I have it...but after you install it you have to put it on a level surface, like an INDOOR garage, and level it by adjusting the coilovers...note that adjustments for each corner of your car might be different, due to different weight of the corners of your car...and after 2 weeks of driving, put it on a level surface again and do final adjustments, because springs will settle and the mounts will settle into the struts...
