I just bought my pre-owned '99 TL 6 months ago. At that time, I couldn't find a clean one at a dealer for less than $23,500-$24,000. Just out of curiosity, I checked out a couple sites yesterday for trade-in values. I have 45K without navi. Car is all stock and very clean.

Edmunds said $16,904, and KBB said $16,935???

Checked NADA- $20,575, and Black Book- $21,150

Anyone have a clue how could these be so different?

I just bought a black 99 TL 3 months ago with only 15k on it. I paid 24.5k. I think you have to factor in the dealer markup and whether the car is a "certified" acura used car or not. I think they call it certified or whatever language they use. I used the Edmunds true market value price software and my car is now worth $23,807. The value they give at the beginnning doesn't include any options and assumes the car is in average condition.
