Dyno test

Does anyone know where I could go on the east coast for a good Dyno of my horsepoer? Also what is measured, at the wheels or at the crank and when Acura says stock was 225 is that at the wheels or the crank? I don't know a lot about this area so if someone cares to clarify, please do so.

The 2000-2003 TL-P makes about 176-HP and 173-LBS at the wheels. Here is a dyno...http://www.injen.com/webpages/testin...es/rd_1660.jpg
