hhmm... I think a search button could help answering this one.

There are a lot of variables to compare. They are pretty close. But CL-S with manual will be difference.

Just my $0.02.

On the same tranny, I think it was Car and Driver or R/T mag that posted faster times for the TL-S. Numbers would be different with a CL-S 6 tho.

The only stupid question is the one that was never asked. (My DI's words)

There aren't stupid questions, just stupid people...

The cars are the same with the same engine, but the CL-S would be lighter and theoretically quicker. The manual CL-S would indeed be quicker by appx .5 seconds to 60 and about the same for the 1/4...
With such minimal differences, it really comes down to the driver and road, tires, etc if anything, but again, the CL-S "should" be quicker in any form...

I have to give credit where credit's due...My ex was a teacher and that was the running joke among her and all her teacher friends...
And yes, it may be hard to believe but even some of you might have a stupid child (or be stupid yourselves). I won't point any fingers, though. I promise...Maybe...
