Drove through Latex paint!! (need help)

I was washing my car today and I saw some white gum like substance just behind the rear tires on the paint. At first I though it was someone’s gum that I picked up off the road but the closer I looked I noticed that it was latex paint. I tried soap and water but no luck. I never saw the paint in the road, so it may have been there for a couple of days. What is the safest way to remove this paint with out damaging mine?

Thanks for the help

a quick response need. Situation is bad enough as it is.

Clay bar

Either Mother's clay, Clay Magic or Zaino clay. Will take it right off and will not harm the OEM paint or clear coat.

100% mineral spirits.

I had some paint on my front bumper and that stuff took it right off. It eats the wax as well, so you should throw some on after you're done. Just dap it on... No need to rub.
