Post Drove 750il whoa

I got to borrow a 98 BMW 750il, dang its fast, it toped out around 140 less then my TL but it got there in half the time. I want my car to feel like this. Whats the HP and trq on this machine? Im thinking 330HP and 400lbs torque. It felt like it. I want some torque dammit, my TL feels like it has 0 torque. A maxima feels like it has more torque. But whats up with the beemas interior, ugly as funk.$90k interior? hell nah

Did you actually get it up to 140? If so remind me never to let you borrow one of my cars.

If it was the 750il, then its the 12 cylinder long wheelbase(note the l(ong) in the emblem..my parent's 740il is quite fast, too...handles better than my TL, IMO..

Yeah it was the V-12, the 740 is kinda slow, I smoked a 97 740 in a 95 lincoln Mark V111.I wonder if a supercharged TL can keep up with the V-12 beemer?

Without a doubt!!! I think BMW has the best handling sedan in the world. I drove a 740iL and I was extremely impressed with both the power and handling of that big vehicle. The back seats have sooooooo much leg room the give you a foot rest standard.

JYOO, that's typical BMW.. I just hope they don't mess around with the looks of the '02 740 too much, I saw some spy shots/drawings, and it does look kinda funky..
