Well everyone I just dropped off my TL at the dealer to get the seat and sunroof sunshade squeaks fixed. I will let everyone know how things went. One thing that sucks is they gave me a mini van as a replacement car. What's that all about? I can't look cool in a mini van. Well time to go trash the hell out of it. Lets see how good these thing jumps.

 

Why the hell would you want to "trash the hell out of it" ? Because you don't look cool in it ?!!! Maybe I am old-fashioned but I find such behavior (trashing somebody else's stuff just because it does not belong to you !!!) pretty disgusting.

I agree. A loaner car is a loaner car. Do you expect the dealership to give you a TL as a loaner car?

I don't know that I'd consider a mini-van an acceptable loaner from red carpet Acura service.. Integra minimum, I bet beemers and mb's dont get minivans.. pretty crappy.. but what do you want from Honda America.. I'm really personally starting to lose most of my faith and loyalty to them lately..

Ya it was dodge mini van and it sucks. I was hoping for something a bit better. It didn't even come with a full tank of gas so I had to go get gas before I could even drive to work. I hope they fix the problems the first time so I don't have to go back.

 

A Dodge?! WTH is wrong with that dealership? Is that a Acura/Dodge shop? I have had my Civic serviced at different Acura and Honda dealerships and their loaner cars are all Honda-brand (Integra, Civic and Accord.)

 

Well everyone I would like to tell you that the dealer took care of the problem with the squeaks. So far so good. They even told me about the TSB reports on it, which surprised me. I just hope I don't get the mini van again when I go back. Take care everyone.
