droped off 99tl for new tranny

so i took my 99tl to the dealer today to get my tranny done. ramsey acura in nj. i cant take it to Park Ave. (which is closer), because they dont give out loaner cars to under 21 year olds. im only 19. so i brought it in and the big guy does all the papers, i signed a few things and i was set. new tranny for my 99 should be all done by friday! i cant wait. plus i just got in my HEADERS 3 days ago.. so i havent gotten to drive my TL at its peak with headers in yet.. wow im so excited

BUT for now.. they gave me an Integra for a loaner car. its pretty.. fun to drive in. wow, i didnt think it was gonna be that great since its only an I-4 plus its not a coupe. but the color is pretty wicked and the handling is ALOT sharper than a TL is. its handles beautifully around corners that our TL's normally would not be able to handle i love this little car. at least i can have fun while my TL is away. hehehehe

at first i was disappointed that they didnt give me a TSX or a TL or something.. but this was their only loaner car they had available at the time so my only choice. but even though it has no luxuries in it at ALL, its a fun drive.. feels really unsafe though.

that 4 door Integra looks like shit if you ask me...I dont think I have ever seen the 4 door version...haha better than nothing though. I forgot, but how many miles did your tranny have? and how long were you noticing the problems? I am just starting to wonder because it seems like a few '99's have peaced out lately around the 90k mile mark. Im about there so I was just trying to guage the condition of mine. But good luck with that, and be sure to ask some questions when you get it back...whatever you think of
