is it just me or does the drivers side A/C vent tilt up by itself. ive noticed that quite afew times, i position it and then after a while its facing up. it gets really annoying on a hot day because you have to constantly adjust it. anyone else with that problem?

 

Yes, my 2000 has done that every day since day one, much worse on hot days. They have never fixed it for me.
Were I so inclined to do so for myself, I would remove the bezel and apply a small dab of black GE Silicone to the contact point so that it provides the friction to hold it in place. However, I just don't feel like fixing it and just tilt it back down time to time...
