Driver Headlight not working NEED HELP!!

Hi Everyone i am having a issue with my driver's side headlight.

I pulled out the blub and found that it was bad. So i ordered new ones but the new bulb doesn't work either.

I checked the fuse and it seems to be fine. what is the next step i should take?

Also if i have to replace the ballast do you guys recommened on getting a HID conversion kit instead of replacing the ballast with a OEM? If so what do you guys recommened on getting?

Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

I've been having the same issues. Acura said it was the bulb. Upon replacing the bulb, they said it was the ignitor and the inverter. They wanted $800 to fix it. I took my car to another place, and they said it was the ignitor. Upon replacing the ignitor, it still didn't work. Then they recommended replacing entire headlight assembly. Long story short, I bought an entire Acura headlight assembly (with ballast, ignitor and inverter) for $175 from a salvage yard. From my understanding, the front bumper has to come off to replace the headlight assembly.

the bumper cover is simple- a bolt or 2 on each end and some plastic clips underneath- put the car on jackstands for easy access

If you have an issue with moisture inside the headlight lens after overnight sitting or car wash: the water drips down and out the the wiring hole and onto the ballast- where it fries the ballast
Thats the most common failure reported here with system problems

Switch out the headlight relay switch/left to right and see if it's the relay. They are located under the hood/left/passenger side/in the fuse box next to the firewall. One might have gone bad.

Probably a dumb question but not to familier with the lighting but does the lighting relay only control the low beam headlights?

Thanks but it still didn't come on i think i am going to try this
https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-cl-2001-2003-50/diy-ballast-oem-aftermarket-conversion-716617/ .

What are your thoughts? i figure that if that ballast and or ignitor went out the other one might go out soon.

let me know what you think thanks,
