Door Pillar Trim Question

I am in the process of repainting my door trim, does anyone know if it is safe to put the windows back up BEFORE reattaching the trim? I will finish painting today but don't want to wetsand/buff too soon, and would prefer waiting until tomorrow. I don't want to leave my windows down.

Sure you can, just put the rubber piece back. the one you pulled down to get to the screws. just dont wash your car, youll get water in the door.
