door edge moulding

anyone put this on their doors and any pix to share? i'm wondering if it'd look tacky or not, how well they stick on, any problems caused to the paint by the adhesive, etc. cuz i've had passengers that prefer not to open the door slowly and carefully but would rather throw the door wide open and hitting something chipping my paint. pisses me off.

Ruins the flow of the car and makes the car look cheap if you get the gold or chrome. At the very least get the clear one if you really need it. NOT RECOMMENDED.
