Does NE1 have the specs on front rotors for 2001 TL?
Looking for nominal thickness of stock rotor and range of thickness (specifically what is minimum recommended thickness)?

The minimum thickness is listed directly on the rotor. Just pull the tire and use calipers.
If you have replaced the front pads once and likely turned the rotors, figure on replacement. The cost is so minimal I would replace them anyway, thicker rotors mean better stops, better everything
I am really enjoying my HAWK HPS brake pads as well.

Standard 27.9 - 28.1mm
Max Refinishing Limit - 26.0mm
Runout Service Limit - 0.10mm
Rear Disc:
Standard 8.9 - 9.1mm
Max Refinishing Limit - 7.5mm
