Does this look right?
Looks like the bottom light holes are to big, or am i wrong?

Kind of looks like that could just be the picture. Message the seller and ask for other photos.

It looks kinda like a mix of 99-01 and 02-03. As stated above, I would ask the seller and be sure.

It has the dip in the headlight for an 02-03, but the holes for the fogs look like a 99-01.

That is not a stock OEM bumper...I would pass, probably has fitment issues also..gaps on one side, not the other..etc
