I dont quite understand what the tilt feature does. you dont get any wind coming in and it doesnt suck air out.

I use it on hot days when parking the car. I leave it tilted open to vent the inside.

I use it, but mainly for the look of it. Doesn't really have a sole purpose.

I use it to get heat out as fast as possible without wanting to let more air in other than from the filtered vents.

actually if you are driving with the sunroof tilt up, plenty of fresh air comes in. I use it on moderate days when it is sunny outside, but I don't want to turn on the AC.

If you have the sunroof tilted up and the AC control in [b]not[/] on recirculate, then the air flows out of the vents. It works very well. Also good for hot summer days, HEAT RISES!!

Well, when it's tilted up and the vehicle is in motion it will suck air out because of the pressure/velocity difference. You can feel the difference in air velocity coming out of the dash vents.

Over 30 mph with the roof at tilt try opening the right rear window one or two inches and see what happens. On a nice day only one thing could better could happen inside your car!

I use the tilt function to get rid of hot air and preventing too much cold air from coming in during the winter (instead of opening the whole sunroof during freezing days).

I use it a lot up here in the Northwest. If it's wet out and I want fresh air, then I would rather vent the roof than to even crack the windows because they could let road grime in.

If I have been eatoing tacos, and like the people in the back seat, then I use oit. If I do not like them, I do not...

Seriously, I use it a lot - I do not like A/C that much, and find that having the fresh air coming through the grills with the vent side of the sunroof tilted keeps the interior fresh without drafts. I like it. A must if you have smokers.

For me, having the moonroof open all the way is too loud. The tilt is perfect for just a bit of fresh air

You let people smoke in your car?? Even if someone had been smoking, and I can smell it on their clothes or hair I will make them freshen up before they can get in.

I use it when I need a bit of fresh air in the cabin. I hardly open up my moonroof , but I use the tilt feature all the time.

I'm the opposite - I have it open as much as possible!

but I've been using the tilt this winter to get in some fresh air when it's in the 50 degree range

I use the tilt pretty often, especially after a long day at work when I smoke a cigar on the way home & its too cold to open the moonroof. I crack the rear windows open a couple of inches, tilt the moonroof and blow the smoke out through the opening. By the time I get home you can hardly tell I smoked a stogie.

I use as well, on both the 02 MAXSE (mine) and TLS(wifes), for looks as well as for air. It hegives you a decent amount of air flow when you dont want alot flowing in,

I rarely use Tilt as I found that the wind noise it too much for me... I use it only when the car is parked and/or going very slow... once hit the highway, I close it... or just slide it open....

I have to be honest, although I open my sunroof a lot, the actual tilt feature, I use it soley for the look. It gives the car an edge
