Does anybody get a noise at 60mph?

For some reason at 60 mph whether I'm cruising, accelerating or decelerating, I hear a propeller-type noise coming from either behind me or under me. Does anybody experience the same problem?

Got the answer.

After 2 rear wheel bearings and a nut spindle, the car was as good as new.
