Does a 99 TL OEM Kit fit on 03 TL-S?

The sides and rears fit cause it's the same. except for the front. why don't you just get the kit made for your car?

99 Kit = $370
03 Kit = $900-1000

Elegant TL-S is correct, the 99-01 will use the same side skirts as the 02-03, but the front bumper and rear bumper changed between those model years.

buy the 99 sides and rear for the cheap price and get the 02-03 front at regular price....you still save $$$ depending on wat color your car is.

Where did you hear that the rear changed? The rear of the 03 still looks exactly the same as the 99.
