Do You Wax/Buff Your Seats

I just purchase a 00' 3.2 TL. It has leather seats. I don't want it to crack or look worn out so do any of you buff it with leather polisher or something like it. Also what brand do you use if you do.

Thanks for The Help Ahead of Time

I prefer the Leatherique twins, which consists of a cleaner and a rejuvinating oil. If you don't want to spend a whole lot of money, you can use a water/woolite mixture to clean the leather and then apply a leather conditioner made by Turtle Wax, Lexol or any other common brand.

Leather would crack because it's drying from the lack of moisture. By cleaning off dirty and conditioning it, you're putting back the oil that it has loss and thus preventing further drying out. Notice how the skin on your lip would dry and crack in dry weather? Same thing.

Welcome to the site!

You'll find a lot of info on how to maintain your car's interior and exterior over in the Wash & Wax forum:

Sorry, I can't move your thread to the appropriate forum, so please repost there.

P.S. I use Lexol Leather Cleaner and Conditioner!
