Do you have to use a special leather cleaner on the front seats because of the heated seat function??? Will the cleaner seal the leather???

Not at all Lexol Cleaner & Conditioner will work fine. You will not need anything special for heated seats.

No way. You gotta use a special "Heated Leather Seat Cleaner".

Just kidding. I hose them down with carb cleaner. Sometimes I'll use Simple Green or Comet.
But I guess plain old Leather Cleaner would do the trick.

Are you heating your seats up to clean them?

More importantly fsttyms1, what the hell are you doing in your car that you need Soft Scrub to clean your seats?

Nothing special is needed at all. Just stick with a leather cleaner / conditioner of your choice.

I rarely use a cleaner. A wipedown with a damp microfiber cloth routinely keeps my leather looking like new. I just use a little conditioner a few times a year to keep it nice and soft. I love Pinnacles leather conditioner. Dont use the Lexol anymore after trying it.

lexus recomends it for their cars
most leather places will recomend soft scrub. it helps clean it better. i have a extremly expensive leather couch that was imported for me and they recomended cleaning it with soft scrub and it worked great. then afterwards i used a good conditioner and it looks like new.

and the real reason i have it is because i have a dog and it goes with me every where and it tends to track in dirt on its paws (it also sleeps on the couch)

try it you will like the results

Please post any leather-case or interior/exterior detailing questions in the Wash & Wax forum. You'll find tons of info there re: issues such as these. Closing this Second Gen thread.

And others are right -- just use some regular old leather cleaner + conditioner.
