Do I see too many type S in orange county?
Sup guys,
Aight I know the tl-s is a great car but dayam man. I thought nobody(young that is) would want a type-s. What burns me out is that I saw a type-s exactly like mine . With body kit and spoiler going down beach blvd. heading to huntington beach. Aight so I want my car to be unique. I already have comptech springs and exhaust. I'm considering the racing hart C2 rims. I want opions on what will look good on the tl-s.
Thxs guys,
Mr.T

Sorry to add to your frustration but I live in orange county as well and will soon be driving my TL-S around...hehe If you see a young looking guy with a UCLA license plate frame driving around in a new TLS that would be me Anyway, I wanted to get some pre-info. Where is a good place to get tint for the car? I want a place that will do all the windows too. I heard Johnson Films are the best but I'm open to suggestions.

i live in OC and drive a silver TLS and i have yet to see a type-s on the road...plenty of TL's but no TL-S. hella lot of is300 where i live tho. considering there are like 5 acura dealerships within a 15 mile radius of me its not suprising there are a lot out on the road. after all OC is one of the top ten richest counties in the US

I am shopping for TL-type S and live in OC area. Do you recommend I buy from "John Hyunh"? What was his best price?
Regarding this thread: it is hard to be unique in the nice parts of OC unless you have a lot of disposable cash.

with so many dealers in socal you should be able to get a good deal. with new shippments of TL-S coming in you should try Tustin, South Coast, Cerritos and Mission Viejo. If you're willing to go a little farther there is a plethora of dealers in LA. the best of which i heard is peyton-cramer in torrance. i personally bought from John at South Coast Acura and it was a pretty good experience for me.

Funny thing is... I have seen only a handful of TL-S in LA. Are they all in OC??

John has sold probably five cars to forum members. I was the first to buy from him and I got my non-nav for $30,000. I think some others got a little more off of that. Most gratifying was the absence of bulls**t when dealing with John.
