DIY Transmission Fluid change

I have searched and searched and I'm probably not searching the correct key words.

I want to change my tranmission fluid sometime soon, but I have never checked under the car and don't know exactly where the bolt is you un-screw. I have also never jacked up the car. Where should I put the jack, I'll check the manual, but you guys can verify it.

Could someone direct me to a link or post a picture of how I drain the 3 quarts from the transmission? I will plan to re-fill through the dipstick because from what I've seen, it is easier since I do have the jet-kit. How tight should I tighten the bolt when am finished, is there a recommended torque?

I have 103K on the original tranny, I took it in about a month ago for them to just check it out and they said everything is good. I love the car, it runs like new, I'm just nervous about the tranny. I'd like to keep it for another 100K. By the way, I bought it used from an Acura dealer.
Some say never to change the fluid, i don't really see how it could be a bad thing. I would love for it to go out and get a new transmission with the new upgrades. Either way, I've got an extended warranty on it till 132K.

Drive 5-10 minutes, drain 3 qts, refill 3 qts. Repeat this 2 more times. How long before I notice a substantial difference?

You guys are the experts, and thanks for the help!

The ATF drain plug is clearly marked when you look under the car- its the one on the transmission

The other one says oil and is under the engine
drive car 15 minutes to warm, then startt the 3x3 method with 5 minute drive between drains- always make sure to refill and check before driving!!!

DO NOT get under the car with only the cars jack- buy a set of ramps rather than that life threatening move

You should notice some gunge on the drain plug- its magnetic- wipe clean
It should not be shedding metal after each change

Trans should be a little smoother after- and as long as you have a for sure trans warranty good till 130- go for it
Use ONLY HONDA fluid from honda dealer buy 9 quarts
trans plug torque should be about 29 foot pounds - same as oil plug
