i want to request a diy on center cupholers on the 99 tl if someone has any knowledge on this then please reply. One side of my cupholder cover doesnt seems to be place its dead and i want to fix it myself instead of spending a hundred or 2 going to the dealer. Thanks

 

open your center counsel grab ahold of the "wood" trimand lift up and towards the back seat. it will be a lil hard but they pop up. then you will see some screws that hold it down, take them out. also there are 2 screws in the bottom of the center counsil- remove them also and slide the counsil back just enough to lift out the cup holder. now pull out the cup holder and assess the damage! i dont think i left any thing out?

The DIY is for the removal of the whole center console, you only need to remove it midway to take out the center cup holders and see what is messed up.
