DIY link wrong - HID ballast install
I was looking to bone up on installing new HID ballasts in my 99 TL and noticed the DIY sticky section has a link for this topic but it goes to the wrong place (DVD navigation screen). Does anyone know where the thread for installing new ballasts went to?

I used this video to replace ballast and igniter for both headlights. It was very thorough and extremely helpful. I would not have been able to do it without this video.....However the video is for for 2002 and 2003 TL models. I'm not sure if your car will be the same or how similar it will be but it will definitely help you out with getting this task done. Its for the front bumper removal so you can access & remove your headlights for ballast change.
