Disconnecting the battery (Help)

Disconnecting the battery (Help)

How would i go about disconnecting the battery?

open the hood, take the battery cover off, use a wrench and unscrew the Pos (red) then neg (black)

Correct. And if you just want to disconnect it to reset the ECU you only need to disconnect one terminal, preferably the negative one. There less cables going to the negative side and I believe it is easier to get to.
