Different between Acura and Honda parts/fluid?

Different between Acura and Honda parts/fluid?
I stop by the Acura dealer's shop the other day and was checking out transmission fluid and antifreeze for my '03 TL. I notice it said 'Acura' on it, and the one at the Honda's shop say 'Honda Genuine'. It's the same transmission fluid, ATF-Z1. The antifreeze/coolant also label 'Acura'.
What is the difference, does it matter which one I use on my TL? The price are different at Acura than Honda.

Its the same stuff. Usually priced less at Honda
Also check local import car parts shops for Honda fluid
