Difference Between VSA and TCS
Self explanitory and also, what exactly does VSA do (yaw sensors, torque control?)

I don't know the technical points but I believe VSA works at all speeds and TCS works only up to 18mph. But here's how acura.com expalins it:
Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA)
The Acura Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) system is standard on the TL Type S. VSA orchestrates the throttle and brakes to seamlessly integrate traction control, anti-lock braking and stability enhancement processes. This helps the driver maintain steering control during cornering, acceleration and sudden collision-avoidance maneuvers by applying brake force to the right or left front wheel as necessary, and managing the throttle and ignition systems.
Traction Control System (TCS)
The Traction Control System (TCS) uses sensors monitoring the front wheels combined with computer modulation of the front brakes to help prevent wheel spin when accelerating. The TL’s low-speed system operates at vehicle speeds below 18 mph by applying one or both front brakes to control wheel spin. This independent wheel control provides a limited-slip-differential effect that substantially enhances performance on low-traction surfaces or split-traction road surfaces. This system helps the car maintain traction during acceleration. It also helps the driver retain steering control, even when accelerating on slippery surfaces or merging onto a highway from a low-traction shoulder or side road.
