Did i overpay for my '02 TL?

I just put a deposit down. The car will be $16,300 before tax and other fees. It's Anthracite Metallic, with 56430 Miles. No extra options. The car is in excellent condition inside and out.

What do you guys think?

Cool anthracite in 02 tl-s

In 02 the anthracite wasn't an option for type-s --- if it had been, I would have bought in a heartbeat. "settled" for the SSM.
