Diameter of the exhaust pipe??

well if your talking about the exhaust tip, I believe they are 3 inches in diameter. I wanted to upgrade to 4 inch's, but Pit Stop wanted 140 bix for exhaust tips...for that price they better be 18K gold!!!

I'm getting an electric cut-out, and I need to find the diameter in order to get the right part.
I thought it was 2 1/2 inches, but one of my friends told me that they look like 1 1/2 or 2 inches. I don't know.
The tips don't matter at all. I just need the diameter of the pipe running from the headers to the mufflers.
