DENSO Iridium plugs

just wanted to know if you guys running DENSO Iridium plugs are replacing at 30,000 miles?
Denso website says 30,000 some of you are posting at 50,000 I have 30,000 on mine and my 2002 TL Type-S is running A little rough in the morning.
