Post Decisions, Decisions...

What do you guys think, 2002 Tl-type s with body kit, exhaust, intake, headers, killer stereo and rims or 1999 Lexus GS400 or 1995 Mercedes S600 coupe....and why?

Well, what about the price. If the price is similar, I think it's just a matter of personal taste.

I will definitely consider the SC600. It¡¦s an awesome car, even thought it¡¦s replaced by the CL, now. But it¡¦s gonna be expensive to keep the car running in a good shape.

The GS400 is good, and you still have some factory warranty left on that car. I am not which car is faster, but I would say that they are both FAST. However, they both don¡¦t have the sequential sports shift, which is okay for me. Because you can still play with the 1, 2, 3, 4, D on those cars.

The TL-S is not that promising to me after all. We don¡¦t know if there will be a TL-S, and we don¡¦t know about the price. So, I can¡¦t really give any commends on the TL-S. What I can say to you now is that there is no comparison between the GS400, SC600 and the TL-S.

Just put it this way.

Top of the line Mercedes, V12, no warranty left

Top of the line Lexus sports sedan, V8, some warranty left

An Acura, FWD V6 based on accord V6 platform. With warranty that¡¦s almost the same as what¡¦s left with the Lexus.

Man¡K not that I don¡¦t like my TL, but I would take the Lexus or Mercedes for sure.

the big benz is pretty cool, but will be expensive to keep up even if you do some work yourself. parts cost a fortune! otherwise, it's really cool, have you sat inside and played with all the switches? lots of toys in that car... know a guy who has one, i say get it. looks best in black or white, IMO.

the GS is also nice, but looks ugly to me if you don't get the big rims and spoiler.

TL-S? if you've never had a brand-new car, i say get that. everyone should have a new car at least once, but it's usually better money-wise to get a gently used car.

Question

Did you already ask this question, but with different cars? Get the Benz. Upkeep is Mega expensive.
