Anyone in the laurel/bowie/annapolis area knows which dealer in that area has a good service department?

 

If you want to drive a little. Rosenthal, in Gaithersburg is good.

 

By far, the best service department is at Tischer Acura. I'm sure you can see if you search that most of us on the forums use it. I purchased my from Rosenthal but only used them once. Pohanka Acura in Chantilly is good but in Maryland, the best is Tischer in Laurel! Good luck!

What makes them the besT?
Who is the service advisor you see consistently?
I don't seem to have great luck with these guys, although i definitely won't complain too much, as i have had worse.

 

I have always had Ed Bryant as my service advisor. There are guys on the CL forums that will tell you the same thing. I have had nothing but good experiences getting work done at Tischer.

 

Acura West in Ellicott City = stay away!
