I've been thinking about getting me one as well..
But the 3.2TL has to go, the "A" and the A C U R A are nice where they are.. but on black I think leaving just the "A" is very clean..

Some a$$hole debadged my "A" sign but the worst part is that it broke in half. Now i have half an "A" Now how whould I removed the rest without scratching the paint. What whould I use to remove the sticky stuff from it. Gasoline works good but Im not sure if it ruins the paint or not so I need your opinions on how to do this. Thanks

PUNKS boosted my trunk emblem
Dude (wangx56),
I feel for you -- some punks boosted my '02 trunk emblem last week. Left a small scratch to add insult to injury. Shyne -- wish you all the best of luck. Looks like some people will do anything to steal ... (sh*t ... can't you afford $20 to buy your own emblem for your sorry @ss chain?)
Anyway, I vented this after it happened in the Type-S forum. Gonna cost me C$30 for the emblem and god knows how much for the labour. Just wanted to wish y'all well.
Personally, I agree -- the '99-'01 trunk emblems are too small. The '02 is in the right direction. But be careful! I was thinking about debadging but starting to rethink it over... If I were to do it, I'd take off everything -- less the emblem and 'Type-S' on my back...
That's my 2 cents.

2 things . . .
1) WD-40 works great for getting adhesive off
2) '02 A has different pins than '99 A. I buzzed the pins off the '02 A and put it on my 99. You just have to be real careful to put it on straight without the pins to line it up. You can cover the '99 holes in the trunk with the '02 A and still put the '02 A in the '02 location.
