debadging help

i dental flossed off the ACURA emblem on the back (the lettering).

After i flossed it, i used a hairdryer and removed as much of the glue that i could. However, i still have glue that is stuck on hard. I try to rub it off with my fingers, but the glue is smooth and kinda sticky. Is there anything you guys could recommend to get rid of the remaining glue? i'm pretty stuck here.

Adhesive remover

I just removed the emblems today and to get the glue off I used a Gum & Adhesive Remover. The one I used it made by Kleen-Strip.

Worked pretty good with a little emblow grease.

I used Meguiar's Bug and Tar Remover and it worked like a charm. My friend used rubbing alcohol and it worked as well. Make sure to clean, polish, and wax the area pretty soon after you are done with it to protect the paint. Good luck.

If you have a bottle of WD-40 laying around you can use that.

Use the Goo-gone. Product found in any craft store. Doesn't harm the finish.

I still had some glue, which I removed with some Detailing clay.

Haven't tried the WD-40, but I heard it works. You just have to clean it off throughly.
