Which Acura dealership has better customer service around the San Jose area? I have searched and both Sunnyvale Acura and Steven Creek Acura are close to me (others
start to get too far). Are they good? Any specific rep I should talk to?
If these two are crap, any other good dealers with nice service around?
I have some minor problems on my 02 TLS and need some service.

Hi, I would suggest NOT to go to Stevens Creek Acura.
Their service manager is very polite BUT their service
is really BAD.

I had them to repair the AC problem in Aug 1 and
it broke again after 1.5 month. They didn't pinpoint
the problem and gave me B.S. like some ice blocking
the system in the hottest day of the summer.

Last time, they even broke the trunk lock latch when
they tried to align the trunk lib.

Now I bring my TLS to Pleasanton for warranty work.
They at least listen and seem to be more detail. But I
heard that their service is quite expensive. So be
cautious.

Not sure about Sunnyvale Acura. But if your car just
need non warranty service. I suggest you
visit Foreign Affair (http://www.fahonda.com). My last
3 Honda/Acura were serviced there and they are honest
and knowledgable.

Go to Los Gatos Acura, it is the best. I live in Redwood City and I don't mind driving all the way down there for service.

 

wow, seems like stevens creeek acura is a piece of sh8t... i have heard more bad stuff about them than anything else. though it's one of the cloest to me i am definitely not going there

wilchan - i am going for some warranty work, but you know, sometimes dealers will "fight" with you saying that it's not a bug, but a feature... stuff like that. i hate that coz' i am the customer and i really think it's a bug and they have to fix it.

AcuraTL - so you are saying that los gatos acura has good service? that's not "that" far away from me and i could take that. do they hae loaner or stuff like that?
