Angry dealer Hell

I purchasefd my 2000 TL with 35,000 miles on it not even a month ago and when I was checking it out I noticed a lot of stone chips on the hood and the side ( Some are rusting but very small) so when I purchased it the dealer told me that they would airbrush it at there cost whick I said ok it can't be that bad!
So the next week I took it in to get airbrushed and the guy calls me up and said these are too bad to airbrush and now I'm getting mad! So I talk to the general manager of the dealership and he tells me to go to their body shop that they use in the area and he told me that they can do the work at their ( Dealer ) cost so I said fine I get an estimate and I 'll call him back! So yesterday afternoon I take it to their body shop which is seperate from the dealership they just do deals and so on and so forth for that particular dealer.
The guy that estimated my car to be at $4,100 of damage from pretty big stone chips, rust etc! The dealer that sold me the car is trying to weasel out of helping me! The estimator is telling me that at the dealers cost is only $4.00 cheper an hour!! What a bunch of Horse Crap!!! What should I do, Am I getting shafted! PLEASE HELP

Well to be honest with you, in the future I would tell them to fix the car b4 you pick it up. Many dealers, and many people you do business with will provide you with minimal to almost no "after sales service". In the future, i would tell the person you're buying from to fix the product before you pick it up, and once it's up to par with your standards, then you write up a deal. Until then, they can keep their product and sell it to someone else.

The Dealer has agreed to repaint my hood, and touch up all of my scratches for $250.00 To repaint the hood and scratches on every panel would probably run me about $2,500 or so ?? Hopefully this will make the paint stronger! Wilde Honda thanks for the great service!!!
