Question dead navigation screen

My navigation screen is blank and won't work and also the temperature section near the speedometer is also blank. Has anyone had this type of problem before? The only thing I added was the shock sensor to the factory alarm. The navigation was working when I was finished, so I don't know if that would be the cause. I added the shock sensor over a month ago.

just goto your local dealer...i had this problem too...it would either freeze or just not come on at all...so I took it to Park Ave Acura and they gave me a new screen....

Now I'm having problems again with the new screen..20K miles later...It seems like a connection is loose or something...b/c everytime i hit a bump hard or something..the screen would turn yellow...

Don't think it is because of the AVC-RGB1, but Joey, possible your RGB connections that splice into the navi RGB are loose.

I have no problem with the screen.....

My problem is that i lost my audio signal on the really hot day after turning it on for awhile and seem like my oplink optical connection or my DTS decoder overheat and shut off or something... I turn it off, leave it off for a few mins and back on and it is working again ... wtf .... I might have to relocate all the stuffs somewhere else
