does anyone eles have noise comming from there dash specificly around the odometer area? everytime i go over bumps it makes a noise.

is this a dealer fix or am i gonna get laughed and and be told its wear and tear or that its normal?

 

i have a 2003 tls with 14,000 miles.

 

no noise for me in that area. in my experience if you can reproduce the sound with a dealer rep in the car to hear it, they're usually not hesitant to wanna fix it.

 

yup, i had that too. had them fix it like 3 or 4 times. everytime they just told me they can't hear it..so..i'm gettin used to it.

 

ha they're trained to not hear noises in your car :p

 

i just posted my dash noise a couple of weeks ago. when it first started, it was bearable and went away when i nudged the plastic cover over the gauges a bit.. not it's just none stop annoyance. have to set up and appt with the dealer again.

just so damn annoying bringing it back to the dealership.

 

I have an intermittant (annoying) noise from above the center vents.
