I think Meguire and Eagle One both have a non-shiny cleaner/protectant for use on the dash. It works well, and no reflection.

 

What, if anything do you use on the dashboard of the TL. Is it even real leather? I do not want anything to shine but I do not want discoloration. I have noticed some of that on the passenger air bag cover. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
