have you pulled the intake off to clean the ports or just spray in carb cleaner?

Is it the valve, or the ports? If it's clogged ports, replacing the valve won't help.

Been trying all day to find the @#%$% site where I could look up the parts, since I'll be needing it myself soon....

18011-P8C-A00 for the valve
18715-PB2-000 for the gasket

Stalling? Surging? I think it depends. My best friend's Camry has had OBDII code P0104 EGR Flow Insufficient for 3 years with the CEL and the car performs no different.

I bet his gas mileage went down a bit.

I don't know about that. The Camry is 5S-FE four-cylinder and gets 450-500 miles to the tank consistently. It put my old F23A Accord to shame in terms of gas mileage, and the Accord was in perfect condition.

gas mileage typically goes down with a bad egr (if stuck open) rough idle (really rough if its stuck wide open) worse emissions. if its just a insuficant egr flow nothing will really happen since the exhaust has no where to flow, but can cause damage to a egr that is in other wise good condition

I have the same problem - took it to acura (twice) and it tuned out to be the pvc valve. I had installed an aftermarket valve which caused problems.
The car would not start when it was hot. Make sure you get an acura pvc valve!

the pcv valve isnt causing the problem, you need to take the intake off and clean the small ports out. if you continue to have the problem id recomend the egr kit thats supposed to resolve teh problem (for like 480.00$$)
