Damn CEL keeps coming on!!

Since the beginning of this year when I had a new flex pipe welded on and a RT Cat installed I've had nothing but problems with CEL codes. In January after the flex pipe was installed I had P0141, so I changed the O2 sensor before the Cat with a Bosch sensor. Then I was getting P0420 so I put on a spark plug non-fouler and that went away. For the past week or so I've been getting P0136 & P0137 and then yesterday I got a P0141, but the P0136 & P0137 haven't come back since the P0141 showed up. Is this some kind of joke my cars playing with me or should I change the O2 sensor in the Cat to a Bosch so they both match or vise versa?

Do you guys think it could be an exhaust leak causing it or clogged EGR valve? P0141 I'm pretty sure usually means you need a new 02 sensor as the heater circuit is fried.

Bank 1 sensor 2 is the rear 02 sensor in the Cat right? Where is the best place to buy an OEM 02 sensor? OEM is NGK I believe correct?
