Cut Leather
I have a curved gash in my passenger seat. It is not in the leather part so I don't know exactly if it will work for you. But all I did was took super glue/crazy glue and a razor blade and tried to fix it up. It didn't come out perfect but at least it won't spread.
Check out www.magicmender.com Their product works great, but the color might not match perfectly. Their color is several shades lighter than our parchment colored leather seats.
I had professional fix a badly torn leather seat once, was $100, and looked almost brand new afterwards, And it was BADLY torn. SO definetely check with the pros. That guy came out to my work and did everything in the parking lot. Took him like 2 hours - it was dirty too, so he had to clean it first.
