Sorry if i'm posting this in the wrong place or if this has already been answered, but with this new format, can we still use custom avatars?

And how do you upload them? how do you assign a .gif as your avatar?

click on User cp on the left, then click on Edit Options

at the bottom is the Avatar section, you can upload whatever you want as long as it meets the right size reqiurements. Tim no longer has to upload custom ones for us.

I did a quick search on "Avatars" at google.com, and found a couple sites with some fun ones (although there's an awful lot of rather disturbing beef- and cheesecake-type pics, too... )

If you find something you like, right-click to save it to your hard drive. Then edit your profile here and upload the file to acura-tl.com!

 

thanks for the help guys... but i guess i can't upload a custom avatar until i have at least 100 posts...

so i'm stuck w/ one i don't want or nothing at all until then...

looking forward to joining the custom avatar club hopefully soon...
