CT headers

I just got my ct headers and getting installed soon. Do you have to install a hi-flow cat converter and new exhaust or will it run fine w/ the stock exhaust system?

Stock exaust is very good in our cars, you might see a 3-5 HP gain, but thats it.. maby 3-5 for the cat too.. do both, you MIGHT get 10 if ur lucky.
