What would be the easiest way in changing these green bulbs?? Would I have to pull the panel out or do these switches come straight out with access to the bulb??

You'll have to take out the bezel panel. The bulbs are on the side of the switch behind the panel.
Try white LEDs if it will change the color.

pop out the switches bulbs are right there best bet is just get them from the dealer. There not expensive at all.

Thanks guys, this was really easy to do just pop out the fuse box panel and the panel under the steering Wheel and just push the switches out literally took me 2 min. I couldn't believe it was so easy and I put it off for 2 years. The bulbs are all different color coated though so just remeber what goes where the bulbs look like dealer only.

I try doing that but the damn switches wont pop out. So I have to remove the bezel panel to get to the switches.

If I recall there are 2 tabs that you need to push down on to release the switch. It's what hold's them in place and then you can just pull them right out.
