Unfortunately I was in an Accident on Tuesday morning and crashed the TL.

Only the driver side air bag went off but insurance totaled it.

There is front and rear damage on the drivers side.

Unfortunately I dont have pictures right now but I hope to get some.


I am trying to decide whether to salvage it or not.

I lose money from what the claim if I keep the vehicle.

Im trying to gauge the interest if I were to part it out. So if anyone is interested post what you would want and I will see what I can do.

I also welcome anyone to buy the car for parts.

Its A 2000 TL premium with navigation. NGM

 

Need screen bracket from Navi screen.

headlights if in good condition and front bumper if in good condition.

If insurance is giving you a fiar price for it, you're better off taking their money. It's alot of work to part out a car and you need to consider your time.

ha a brain wave, contact a local scrap yard and see what they'll give you for the car. THat'll give you an idea of what it's worth in parts.

Im Ok. It is the car that im worried about the most. I like the idea of contacting a local scrap yard though.

 

Is it beyond repair? If not I would fix it, especially if the trans has been replaced. If it's on the original I'd part it out.

 

Its is not worth repairing, Insurance Totaled it. The tranny was replaced once but it was on recall. It never failed.
