I'm working on a 1999 Accra TL. You can crank it drive it to the store do your shopping come back home and shut it off but if you try to start it the starter just spins the motor over and over. Sometimes if you let it sit for 10 minutes it will start. Now for this strange feature, when it won't start if you jump it off or put a battery charger on it the car starts every time. My scanner reads no codes and the battery is 100% charged. I'm a mechanic and this blows me away. <br />By; Pust76
